Confirmation

Confirmation is a rite of passage in which a young person, after a period of guided study and reflection, affirms his or her Christian beliefs and becomes a full member of the church.

Our most recent confirmation was held on Palm Sunday, March 29, 2015.

Confirmands from the class of 2015 included:

Erika Wilson: Erika is the daughter of Scott and Christine Wilson. She is in the 8th grade at Troy Middle School. She plays the baritone and likes basketball and baseball. Erika has a Labrador named Cocoa.

Gabrielle (Gabbie) Johnson: Gabbie is the daughter of Aaron and Stephanie Johnson. She is in the 8th grade at Troy Middle School. She participates in volleyball and basketball. She also sings in the school choir. She has a labradoodle named Ace.

Noah Lucas: Noah is the son of Nathan and Jennifer Lucas. He is in the 7th grade at Troy Middle School. Noah plays the clarinet in the school band and plays in the chell choir at St. John’s Church. He has a Labrador named Cocoa.
